At Villeré Coffee, we love coffee! We are an artisan coffee roaster located in the McLaren Vale wine district, specialising in small batch roasting of high quality coffees from around the world. Unlike many coffee roasters who provide equipment, cups and umbrellas, we only roast and sell our coffee. We’ve dedicated ourselves to following our passion for coffee.
Roasting great coffee starts with sourcing the best green coffee beans. Our coffees are imported from some the best coffee growers in the world, who strive to produce their coffees ethically and sustainably.
We use what we believe to be the best roaster on the market, the Probat, from Germany. Our coffees are meticulously roasted, by hand, using roasting profiles that we’ve developed for each coffee.
